Mephisto has red devil like skin and long wild red hair.
Personality[]
Mephisto has a black sense of humor, and uncontrollably chuckles after completing his sentences. Mephisto also has an addiction to red wine, and always carries a glass of wine with him.
Storyline[]
Mephisto was appointed to watch over the Omega V: Redemption party when they arrived on Oblivion. He was soon reassigned to another group. It would later be revealed that him and the party's new Guardian Bandit Keith were competing over Celestial Guardian rankings. Ultimately Bandit Keith's group was successful, however, during an appeal Mephisto succeeding in proving that Bandit Keith was nothing but a fraud as he was actually Canadian.
